How does the ultrasonic cleaner work?
It uses high-frequency sound waves to create thousands of tiny bubbles in water. These bubbles gently lift away plaque, bacteria buildup, and odor-causing residue from your retainer — no scrubbing needed.
How long does a cleaning cycle take?
Most cycles run 3–5 minutes. Just fill the basin with water (and a cleaning solution or denture tablet if you like), drop in your retainer, and press start.
Is it safe for all retainer types?
It's designed for hard and clear plastic retainers, as well as most removable dental appliances. If you have a specialty or metal appliance, check with your orthodontist before use.
Do I need cleaning solution or just water?
Plain water works for basic cleaning cycles. For deeper cleaning, you can add a denture/retainer cleaning tablet or a few drops of mild cleaning solution.
How long does shipping take?

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, contact us for a free replacement.
Does it come with a warranty?
No, units don't include a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
